BioAn eclectic pop culture store soon to be located in Downtown Durham NC. We specialize in alternative music and movies, primarily carrying new and used CDs and DVDs. The CD genres include: 80s, New Wave, Alternative, 90s, Goth, Industrial, and Electronica with a healthy dose of movie soundtracks and scores added for good measure. The DVD genres focus mostly on Horror, Sci-Fi, Action, Anime, Animated, and Music Videos or Concert DVDs.
The store will also have an assortment of miscellaneous goodies including T-shirts (both new and vintage), paperback books, recycled CD/DVD coasters, pins and bottle cap charms. Again, these items will slant toward the alternative spectrum including items from Stargate SG-1, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Firefly, Bettie Page, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, zombies, vampires, and most anything else we can get our hands on.
